Born in Barcelona in 1978. Where he studied music at the municipal conservatory and singing with his father, the baritone Vicenç Esteve. He has also received lessons with singers of the stature as Joan Pons, Jaume Aragall, Bonaldo Giagiotti, Eduard Giménez, Carlos Chausson or Rolando Panerai.

He was awarded at the international singing contests “Pedro Lavirgen” and “Manuel Ausensi”.

In 1999 he makes his debut at the “Gran teatre del Liceu” in Barcelona with the role of “Uberto” in “La serva padrona”. In 2000 he plays the role of “Papageno” in “La petita flauta màgica”. From 2000 starts an important activity as lyric singer that take him to participate in the most important seasons and festivals of the Spanish musical scene –Gran Teatre del Liceu, Teatro Real, Teatro de la Zarzuela, Palau de la Música Catalana, ABAO, Teatro de la Maestranza, Ópera de Oviedo, Auditorio Nacional de Madrid, ACO, Òpera Menorca, AAOS,  Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, Teatre Principal de Mallorca, Teatro calderón, Teatro Arriaga, Quincena musical de S. Sebastián o Festival Castell de Peralada... among others.

He worked with conductors such as: Renato Palumbo, Víctor Pablo Pérez, Sebastian Weigle, Josep Pons, Paolo Carignani, Óliver Díaz, Fabrizio Maria Carminati, Stefano Ranzani, Michele Mariotti, Michael Boder, Patrick Davin, Miguel Ángel Gómez Martínez, Josep Caballé, Ivor Bolton, Giampaolo Bisanti, José Miguel Pérez Sierra, Riccardo Frizza, Alain guingal, Carlos Aragón, Iván López-Reynoso, Pinchas Steinberg, Giacomo Sagripanti… among others.

He also worked with renowned directors such as: Emilio Sagi, Terry Gilliam, Christof Loy, Giancarlo del Monaco, Laurent Pelly, Sergio Renán, Mario Gas, Joan Font (Comediants), Paco López, Alfonso Romero, Joan Antón Rechi, Sonja Frisell, John Copley, Peter Konwitscny, Olivier Py, Arnaud Bernard, Deborah Warner, David Mc Vicar, Richard Jones, Damiano Michieletto... among others.

He also collaborated with important orchestras, where he mainly interpreted symphonic repertoire. It is worth noting his participation in “Carmina Burana” by “Carl Orff” at the “Palau de la música catalana” in Barcelona with the orchestra and chorus of RTVE, (Rádio Televisión Española), directed by A. Leapner, in the commemoration of the 50th aniversary of RTVE in Catalonia.
